Do your need new curtains or blinds? Why not make your own?

Curtains and blinds are expensive so why not make your own?  It is easier than you think and a gorgeous window treatment can make all the difference to any room.

We are running a Roman Blinds workshop on Saturday 8 September which will show you how to measure your windows, calculate your fabric, choose the right fabric and fittings, cut the fabric, calculate the folds, assemble the blind, attach the lining, hem the blind and attach the header.

You will make and take home a sample working Roman Blind and the knowledge to make more at home. You will need some basic hand and machine sewing experience but you do not need to be an expert or experienced sewer to take part.

All materials and tools needed provided.
