The prospective pupil is me. I'm a guitarist of almost 30 years and I have a degree which is a Major in IT and Minor in Music. The point being any teacher wouldn't have to teach me how to read notation, it would only be about violin technique.

I haven't tried anybody. We've only just discovered we even own a fiddle!
Can anyone recommend a violin and flute teacher? Or maybe just a violin teacher (since we don't actually yet own a flute).
