At the last meeting before the CPZ was implemented, the council said they did not want to cause displacement parking problems so Clockhouse Road would be permit AND pay and display.

My wife attended this and was very disheartend by the councils attitude. We are looking to generate a petition from our road (Hampden Road), to try and get the CPZ, if it is to be applied, to also cover the roads around…
Balgowan School Summer Fair at School field
July 4, 2009 from 12pm to 3pm
Lots of family fun with arts and crafts, face painting, bouncy castle, chair swings and many more.
The schools Steel Band orchestra will be performing on the day.
So come along and enjoy a glass of rum punch, a hot dog and some popcorn and help us…

- Against CPZ, but, if it is enforced then it should encompass the roads around Balgowan School: Hampden Road, Hampden Avenue, Balgowan road, Belmont Road.
