Share 'CPZ for Hampden Avenue/Road'

I'm horrified to discover tonight in an email from Colin Smith at Bromley Council that they are considering removing the CPZ from the above roads as approx 80 cars have been removed as a result of the agreement of the Council with Sainsburys.  Today at 1pm there was no parking AT ALL within 1 km of Hampden Avenue.  Has Colin Smith been down to look at the parking situation.  Has he seen for himse…
