Beckenham's great for kids

I love the fact that where I live (Balgowan area), pretty much everything I need to entertain my toddler is within a short walk - great parks and playgrounds, the Spa, Library, a range of playgroups and Children & Family Centres, plus the high street.

This group is to share tips and info on good ideas for enjoying Beckenham with kids. For starters, I'll try and post the activity timetables I've managed to get hold of for the Children & Family Centres, which otherwise aren't published online. For more information about services and activities, try the Bromley Families Information Service.

Youngbromley.info is the website for Bromley's Youth Support Services and Bromley Families Information Service (FIS).

Here you will find details of Bromley's hundreds of local organisations, groups and individuals who offer activities, services and advice to local young people.

It also contains loads of content pages, and is a comprehensive source of information and advice on a wide range of topics which are relevant to, and affect the lives of, young people today.

Thanks Anne-Marie - I can recommend Diddi Dance too. Arthur's really enjoyed the Tuesday sessions (10am and 11am) even though he's still a bit young (22 months)
