Beckenham Street Cleaning - Temporary Parking Restrictions worth knowing

The London Borough of Bromley has scheduled a special clean-up operation for your road which will consist of a thorough clean of the road, footpaths and the road drains. Due to the high levels of parking on your road it is difficult to carry out scheduled street sweeping and cleansing duties effectively.

To allow this work to be carried out a temporary traffic order has been obtained which will restrict parking to one side of the road on the day that the work is being carried out. Through traffic will not be affected though there may be minor delays. Signs indivcating the side of the road affected will be displayed during the week before the work and all paked cars will be leaflteted the day before (or Friday before for Monday work) to inform drivers that a no parking restriction will be in place.
