Our Argentine tango classes are best suited to those who enjoy working on detail and precision.

Our tango classes are especially focus on developing key principles of the tango technique we have developed during 15 years of continuos teaching, TANGOWORKOUT, A UNIQUE SET OF BODY EXERCISES FOR CLASSIC TANGO DANCERS . For new comers or beginners our teaching method is characterised by learning about the classic embrace, couple walking and musicality. We encourage understanding of tango as a creative form based on shared codes more clearly represented in the Classic Tango. Instead of teaching only steps or figures we invite students to also look at how their own bodies' naturally movement, in connection to floor navigation and partner dancing, building organic communication with the partner rather than just learning set sequences. In relation to style we promote the classic tango posture with elegance, musicality, facilitating definition in the complementary rolls of leading and following.

Every Sunday at Penge/Cristal Palace. South London. £10 it includes:

Tangoworkout 3-4.30 pm (suitable for beginners) + Sequencing Int and Beg level 4.30-5.30pm  (free for those taking the 1st lesson) and Open Práctica from 5.30-8pm, free for those taking the lessons. Large Vintage Salon, great floor. Práctica only £7, arrive after 5.30pm.
