Event Description
A popular, challenging, outdoor fitness class running since September 2010
Circuit based, plus a bit more!
Tuesdays 6.30-7.30pm
Saturday 9.30-10.30am
£6 per class
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before first class
(Also running classes within school term times only at Croydon Rec Park, Croydon Road - £6 a session for an hour -
Tuesdays & Thursdays 9.30-10.30am - meet by the park Cafe)

Hi Sue, the next class at the rugby club is Sat 09:30 - 10:30 please arrive 10 mins early to fill out a short health questionnaire. There is also an indoor (for now) class at Unicorn Primary School, Thurs 18:30 - 19:15. Again, you need to get there early
