Bodyfit Conditioning is a full body conditioning class that uses kettle bells, barbells, bulgarian bags to build core strength and condition the body.
Building core strength is the greatest benefit of this class, helping you become stronger in all other aspects of fitness.
Kettlebells are a core component to the session and feature heavily through out. You will learn how to swing, clean & press, snatch and squat effectively and efficiently with kettle bells.
You will also learn how to breath effectively while doing a weight training session and use all your muscles in a full range of motion.
Because of the nature of the class it is highly fat burning and will change your metabolic rate and the speed you burn calories. Often people see the best body shape changes they have ever seen with this session. Making it hugely popular.
