On Monday evenings at 7pm at the HSBC Sports Club you can catch the 20 or so bootcampers working their socks off in a challenging and fun way.
A mixed group of people with varying levels of fitness, you can come and join our session and see what all the fuss is about.
We are a fitness bootcamp but we are also about education. Getting you to work out but also know what you're doing and why.
With different kit and a completely new session plan everytime, this bootcamp is different from all the rest.
We use kettlebells, boxing pads & gloves, body bars, dumbbells, tyres, ropes...anything and everything to give you a workout you can't replicate anywhere else.
There are no star jumps, just compound exercises and drills designed to build strength, stamina, core strength and overall fitness. With this you will see a change in you're body shape!
Classes last for 1 hour and start at 7pm sharp.
We meet just inside the car park and the bootcamp takes place on the field to the left.
Please bring water and wear suitable work out clothing!
