Event Description
Bodyfit Training Solutions has been running bootcamps for over 2 years in Beckenham.
Monday night bootcamp is a mixture of cardio, weight bearing exercise, bodyweight exercise, and endurance training. We uses boxing equipment on some sessions and kettle bells on others. Always keeping your body guessing and progressing and learning new movements.
Its fat burning, it increases your metabolic rate, builds core strength and full body strength.
Anybody can join, all ages (over 16) and all fitness levels are welcome.
If there is something you cannot do due to injury we will adapt and make sure you are always working.
We push you and motivate you to do your best every time which helps build confidence and strength.
First session if you quote this website is FREE!
£7 per session
