What will we do in the 90mins fitness class?
We will train:
30min Upper Body (arms, chest, upper back, shoulders)
30min Lower Body (legs, hips, bum)
30min Core (abs, lower back, your entire torso basically)
This class is not only designed for being healthy. It’s also designed for the looks. We will train every muscle there is, to make sure you get a nice, balanced and “toned”/”ripped” look.
